Tips for Gorgeous Skin

Exercise regularly.

This is an extremely important tip. Exercising increases the blood flow of the skin, making it young and glowing. Dancing is a great way to exercise. So next time you’re alone in the house, put on some loud music and show some moves!
 


 

Become a water baby!

I know you guys are tired of hearing this over and over again but this is an absolute must for gorgeous and healthy looking skin and body. You MUST drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day!! 
 


 

Your skin’s worst enemy.

The sun is the worst thing that can happen to your skin. It is an absolute priority to wear sunscreen before going out. So unless you want to get skin cancer, I suggest you apply it at least 15-20 minutes before exposure.
 


 

Wash your face.

Do it at least twice a day to prevent excess oil, dead skin and dirt from clogging the pores of the skin.
