MacBook Pro with Retina Display

This laptop is Apple’s biggest leap in portable professional computer design and display technologies to date. Just at 1.8cm thin, this 15″laptop is the slimmest powerhouse, packing up to 2.7GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz), up to 768GB of flash storage, up to 16 GB of RAM and an incredible display of 2880×1800 pixels. Apart from all the mentioned glory, this Macbook Pro features a monitor with a minimum glare, an engineering marvel- Apple has removed the protective glass layer and molded the display into the aluminium shell, resulting in a picture-perfect display.

Now, not everything is perfect and there are some things few of you won’t like. There is no more CD drive, which means Apple has officially decided that our beloved CD is a thing of the past. Same goes for FireWire and Ethernet – gone too soon? Not for Apple, as it seems. On the positive note, though, for the first time in MacBooks history, an HDMI port, two USB 3 ports along with two Thunderbolt ports have made it to the final release – making it the new era port euphoria in one thin aluminium box, giving the users an option to transfer files at the speeds of 5 to 10 Gbps.

Finally, the cost, here is where this piece comes short. Macbook Pro with Retina display will set you back by at least AED 8,999. Is it worth it? Definitely! As with all Apple offerings, the price is right for the time their machines last and the minimum worry they come with.
