These situations are a common cause that occurs after the word ‘exam’ is reiterated. The notion of exams generally implies stress, anxiety and last minute prayers. However, procrastination is a concept we are all familiar with (#guilty I know you are too!) which is the be all and end all of such drastic issues such as; anxiety attacks and ill health. There are billions of tips and tricks to ace your exams out there, use those resources but do not compromise on your self-belief. Gaining confidence can be difficult, but it surely goes a long way.
Unfortunately, there is no shortcut to beat these tormenting exams, but here are some quotes that might help in getting you through these tough times. Despite the fact that exams are important and shouldn’t be taken lightly because they aid you in forming a career of your choice, just remember these wise words by all these heroes who don’t necessarily have capes yet constantly inspire us to battle the demons within us.
“You can’t let your failures define you. You have to let your failures teach you.” – Barack Obama

“No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress you’re still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.” – Tony Robbins
“We may encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated.” – Maya Angelou
“Failure is the opportunity to begin again only more intelligently.” – Henry Ford
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill

Whilst you are waiting with bated breath for your grades to come out, just remember your results don’t define you. You are so much more than a bunch of numbers.
