Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Try this easy chocolate chia seed pudding that’s super creamy and sweet. Guaranteed to not make you miss the real deal, this healthy version is loaded with nutrients.

1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2-5 tbsp maple or date syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Add all the ingredients, except the sweetener, to a blender and towards the end add the sweetener of your choice. Add the mixture to a large bowl and let it rest covered in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5 hours (or until it’s achieved a puddinglike consistency). Serve chilled with your desired toppings, such as fruit, granola or coconut whipped cream.
